Getting Started with Research Peptides

New to peptide research? This guide walks you through everything from browsing our catalog to properly storing your order. Five straightforward steps, no jargon.

1

Browse Our Catalog

Explore the current catalogue and compare product names, labelled content, formats, prices and availability. Use the search bar or filter by category to find what you need.

Tip: Not sure where to start? Check out our Learn hub for peptide guides and research overviews.

2

Confirm Product Documentation

If your research requires a Certificate of Analysis or another report, confirm its availability for the exact product and batch before ordering. Check the product identity, issuing laboratory, test date, methods and results in any report supplied.

Tip: A report for one product or batch does not verify another product or batch.

3

Place Your Order

Choose an available product and review your quantities, currency and totals in the cart. The checkout shows the payment methods and delivery options available for your order.

Tip: Review the final total, including any delivery charges or applied discounts, before paying.

4

Receive Your Order

Contact support to confirm delivery options for your destination. Delivery estimates start after dispatch; availability, processing and the destination can affect timing. Confirm product-specific packaging needs before ordering.

Tip: Track your order through the confirmation email we send after dispatch.

5

Handle and Store Properly

Follow the label and product-specific documentation for the supplied format. Pens, vials, bundles and accessories can have different handling requirements. Confirm missing instructions with support before laboratory use.

Tip: Do not apply vial reconstitution or storage instructions to a prefilled pen unless its own documentation requires them.

Common Questions

Do I need special equipment to handle peptides?

Equipment and storage requirements depend on the product and supplied format. Review its label and documentation, and confirm any missing requirements before ordering or laboratory use.

How do I know the peptides are genuine?

Ask support which records are available for the exact product, labelled content and batch. Review the laboratory, date, methods, results and limitations of any report supplied.

What does 'for research use only' mean?

Our peptides are sold exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or clinical application. Buyers confirm they are qualified researchers or institutions.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. For orders placed before 4pm UK time on business days, we aim for next-day delivery where available. International delivery is estimated at 3-5 business days after dispatch, subject to destination and customs processing. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.
